Hello and Welcome,
There are meetings of the Tuesdays Seniors and Web Design SIGs this week and details of those meetings are below.
Please note that the members of the Genealogy SIG have decided not to hold a meeting this month.
Tuesday 15 January - Seniors - G. Grant - 9:30am - 12:30pm
There will be a question and answer session at the beginning of this meeting and those members who have received interesting technology presents for Christmas will be given an opportunity to share the experience they have had with their gifts.
The group will then start to look at that holy of holies, the "Registry".
Saturday 19 January - Web Design - R. Hume - 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Robert Hume and the group are proposing to search for a replacement file transfer program as a result of the difficulties they experienced trying to upload files to their web site at their last meeting.
They will then continue to explore the program "Alleycode" and upgrade sections of their web site.
All members are welcome to participate in these learning activities.
Please remember if your e-mail address is changed for any reason at all, unless you tell me your new address you will not receive these weekly updates! Any change of address should be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org
