Hello & Welcome,

Friday 9 July - Seniors - B. Parry - 9.30am - 12.30pm

This will be a 'generic' Seniors SIG program; I hope to catch up with all those topics that I ran out of time to do over the last eight years...or just forgot to do them! No doubt I will receive a couple of questions from Thomas and Olin and the team in general and we will all try to 'solve' them.

I also have some interesting websites and Apps which we might explore.
(Bill Parry)

Friday 9 July - Communications - J. Lucke - 12.30pm- 3.30pm

This month following the internet communications Q & A session, we will take a close look at the function and importance of internet firewalls in securing your computer against malicious intrusion.

If time allows, we may discuss potential problems with internet banking, difficulties with logging into multiple email accounts and other members' concerns.
(John Lucke)

Tip of the Week
Nuance PDF Reader enables you to do much more than just view PDF files. You can convert PDF files to Word®, Excel®, and RTF via a hosted web service. Use annotation tools to highlight, cross-out, and underline text for more effective collaboration. Even fill out and save PDF forms. Nuance PDF Reader takes up less disk space, is more secure than Adobe® Reader®, and works with virtually any PDF file. Best of all, it’s absolutely free.

So until next week, health and happiness,

Cheers

Elaine
