Hello and Welcome,
The Fridays
Seniors and the Communications SIGs meet next
Friday. Details are
below:
Friday 10 May - Seniors -
9:30am for 10:00am - 12:30pm
The members of this group
discussed the programs they use on their computers at their last
meeting. Many common areas of interested were identified and some of
these will be explored in greater depth at this meeting.
Audio recording proved to be a popular area of
interest and one member's attempt to record the meeting on an Android
tablet highlighted the file conversion problem that exists in this area of
computing. A program to convert the files has been located and it will be
shown at the meeting.
There will also be a question and answer session
at the meeting.

- Communications - J. Lucke - 12:30PM - 3:30pm
This group
enables members to stay attuned to the rapidly changing developments that
are occurring in the communications field.
New
developments will be considered at this meeting and any problems
experienced by members will be discussed in a question and answer session.
