Hello and Welcome,
The Penrith Group meets next Saturday at the St Clair High School
and details of their meeting are below.
Saturday 3 August - Penrith Group -
F. Bowman - 2:00pm - 5:00pm
At the group's last meeting they used the "Ultimate Boot CD 4
Windows" to successfully boot a laptop computer with a faulty hard
disk and produced a newsletter using Microsoft Publisher.
At this month's meeting they
will try stitching photos together using Microsoft's Image Composite
Editor and look at what some commentators have written about the
changes in Windows 8.1.
They will also examine the
freeware program WinDirStat, a graphical disk usage analyser and have
a question and answer session around the table, where problems, advice
and tips are shared amongst the members.
The Penrith SIG meets at St
Clair High School, Endeavour Avenue, St Clair.
