Hello and Welcome,

Details of next week's meetings are below.

Tuesday 12 April - Programming - 6:00 - 8:00

Members will show and discuss the current programs they are working on and also help in solving any programming issues others may have.

Here is a short summary from the March meeting:
Martin showed us a chocolate temper-er he built using a digital display , a remote sensing thermostat, and an ATMega328P microprocessor to control the temperature. He said his device greatly simplified the procedure and improved the product.

Steve discussed recent developments in robotics. A company called Pololu has many new solutions for the control of stepper motors. Steve also showed us how he improved the dust extraction from his wood workshop by installing a cyclone separator.

Saturday 16 April - Web Design - 2:00 - 4:00

Steve will continue his tutorial on responsive web design and there will also be time for Q & A and general discussion. At last month's meeting Steve demonstrated how the styling of "nested" elements, if not handled carefully, can cause quite unexpected rendering of a webpage.
